Orders are sent via DHL Parcel Next Day + Signature on Delivery + Identity Check. (Note: You must be over the age of 18 to sign for and receive the delivery). Once shipped you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the order amount not including any shipping costs incurred.
