How long will my delivery take?
Once your order is complete and your whisky is ready to be shipped we’ll send out tracking details via email. All orders are sent via DHL tracked, I.D verification and signed post.

How do I use my community points?
Every time you make a purchase you are awarded Cask & Bottle Co community points which equate to money off orders. To use these points simply click the "Rewards" widget on the left hand side of our website, login and click "redeem". You can use as many or as little of your points as you wish per purchase.
How do referrals work?
Our referrals programme means you can send out a unique link to your friends and family so they can get £5.00 off every order. Once they purchase using your unique link you'll also receive £5.00!
To send a referral simply login or create an account using the "rewards" widget on our website, then scroll down, copy the link and sent it out whichever way you want
Do you ship outside of the U.K?
We do not offer international shipping at this time, but are looking in to this for the near future.
I have a discount code, how can I use it?
For any discount codes please enter them when prompted at the checkout
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition,
and we will refund the order amount not including any shipping costs incurred. The cost of
returning the item falls on the consumer.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at info@caskandbottleco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.

Where are the casks bottled?
Our casks are carefully shipped from the distilleries to our designated bottling plant, all of which takes place in Scotland.
